Terapi Minda

When you are tensed, you can't function effectively and your productivity is affected. In order to stay physically, mentally and emotionally healthy, you must find the time and ways to slow down and release stress in between your daily schedules and at the end of each day.The easiest, simplest and free way to relax is to pause in between your activities and breathe slowly and deeply.Inhale deeply from your nose. You will sense your belly rising. Then exhale through your mouth. You can try holding your breath after breathing in and before you exhale. Do it as many times as you like and do it often.
18 Ways to Release your Tension

  • Take walks alone or with your family.
  • Taking a walk is one of the easiest stress relieving activities. A 20 minute brisk walk will change your state of mind and improves your health and fitness.
  • Avoid bad news and violent movies.
  • At the end of your stressful day at work, avoid watching bad news and violent movies. You have had enough for the day. End it with watching something refreshing humorous and funny with your spouse or family.
  • Have dinner together with the family or someone special.
  • Have dinner together and take pleasure from the company of your loved ones. Once in a while experience some exotic food.
  • Stargaze.
  • Release your tension and change your focus by taking time, if the weather permits and on a clear night, to gaze at the stars, the moon and the magnificent universe.
  • Read a great book before going to sleep.
  • Read a good novel, an inspiring or motivational book right before you say your good night to the world. Feed your mind with positive information before you close your eyes and slumber.
  • Listen to motivational or inspirational recording.
  • Do it during your drive back to release your tension from the traffic crawl. Listen to subliminal recordings as you lay yourself to sleep.
  • Take a nap in between the day.
  • A siesta will revitalize your energy to continue for the rest of the day. Even fifteen minutes nap is good.
  • Read to your children when you put them to sleep.
  • Take the time each night to read to your children. Enjoy and cherish the togetherness. They will soon grow up and will leave their nest.
  • Avoid caffeine, nicotine and unbalanced meal.
  • You become what you feed into your body. Feed it with stuff that will increase your energy, keeps you healthy, free from discomforts and reduce your stress level.
  • Take time to play with your children.
  • You are the hero to your children. They need your presence while they are growing up. Spend time doing fun activities together.
  • Leave your work behind when you step out of the office.
  • Make it a habit to work only when you work. Once you step out of your office, leave unfinished work until the next day.
  • Update your blog!
  • Take time to write your observations, experiences, insights and emotions in your journal. It is a good way to release your tension. Reread them every few months and reflect on what you have written and experienced.
  • Get a little quiet time alone.
  • You need some space to get a little solitude. Do nothing but just be still and quiet. Allow your breath to just flow freely and don't judge or resist your thoughts.
  • Listen to stress relief hypnosis
  • Just sit back or lie down and listen to this stress relief hypnosis session to melt away your irritations and tension .
  • Forgive everyone.
  • At the end of the day, forgive everyone and even yourself for the hurt and idiosyncrasies. Don't bring your hurts and anger to sleep and brought to the next day.

  • Tell and show the important people in your life that you love them. A loving word, thought or gesture will make them feel special and appreciated. You will feel loved in return.
  • End your day with a prayer.
  • End your day thanking your Creator for giving you another opportunity and another day to experience the joy of living.
  • Get a good night sleep.
  • Release your tension with a good night sleep. Sleep like a baby and sleep well.

HaRi SaYa YanG ke 25


Semalam hari jadi saya......yang ke berapa? Ke 25. Muda lagikan? Sepatutnya baru jer kawin. Tapi jodoh dan segalanya adalah ketentuan Allah. Alhamdulillah, dia telah menentukan yang terbaik untuk aku. Semoga segala yang dirancang dimakbulkan Allah. Syukur juga kerana memberi anugerah terindah ini.

Bukit Fraser 2010

Sambungan entri KKB (Kuala Kubu Baru). Pas ke KKB tu, ke Bukit Fraser. Nampak macam tak berapa nak jauh sangat. So leh ler pegi. Kalo bleh mau explore semua pelusuk tempat, bukit bukau, gunung ganang, lautan, sungai, sawah...ladang kat Malaysia ni. Setelah beberapa tahun barulah dapat naik Bukit Fraser yang memang mencabar sangat lap dia ni. Akak poning ler pulak ngan jalan bengkang bengkok nyer ni. Dalam ati cakap, aku tak mau dah  datang cni lagi. Susah lah nak citer, nengok jer lah gambor yang laki aku ambik ni.

Baru sampai ni, g makan dlu. Jumpa lak pokok besor..

Gong Xi........Gong Xi.....Gong Limau......

Cuti lagi kan....syoknya bulan Februari ni, cuti banyak, aribulan pon pendek jer!lagi syok sebab aku pon lahir bulan Februari.Klap2 utk Aquarius....he he he. Cuti panjang ni, kami balik kampung ler, mana lagi nak pegi. Ok, dimulakan dengan balik Kuala Pilah dulu ok, sebab antar mak aku n tekak teringin benar nak makan mee hailam paling sedap di muka bumi ini. Dah selesai apa yang dihajati, baru lah terhegeh2 bergerak ke Kemaman. Dalam pkul 11 pg gak le gerak, sebab si kecik lewat bangun. Perjalanan amik masa 3 jam jer, tapi adoooiii berasap gak pinggang aku ni eh!
Ok,skrang dah ada kat kawasan kampung daddy Adib ni yer! skit g smpai ler......


Finally, setelah beberapa jam dalam kereta smpai gak kat 2122 jlng gong limau ni.Masa ni dah ada yg smpai dulu, tp baru sorang jer, so buleh ler parking kete kat dalam lagi ;-p tak nampak pulak bilik Adib, belah belakang sana ler....nampak oning jer...........ngehe hehe.....ok, adib nak tolong ummi angkat barang adib yang rasanya penuh sekereta......macam2 ada eh!

saya perlu berehat juga eh!!!!

Key Key Bee (K.K.B) Apa tuh?

Ni cerita weekend + hari wilayah yang jatuh 1 Februari lepas. Ahad-31 Januari 2010, hantar Shiera ke MRSM Kuala Kubu Bahru. Tak la jauh sangat, tapi kemain corok tempatnya!Aku dengan rela mengoffer diri mengantar Shiera balik asrama. Bapaknya outstation, emaknya tak sihat. Cian pulak dia, dulu masa aku belajar2 lagi bapaknya a.k.a abang sulong aku ni lah yang duk kira kan aku.

Pas antar, kami ke Bukit Fraser, en suami dah lama berhajat ke sana. Dah alang2 trus je la pergi.Sebelum sampai sana, jumpa la Empangan Kuala Selangor.Ke main cantiknya viewnya. Owh, tengok tu...daddy asyik tengah test power kamera sambil snap gambar kete.  
Walaupon panas terik, aku bawak g si comel ni posing2 dalam semak. Sampai naik muncung @ masam muka dia. Ok la, sampai kat sini dulu citer lalang, semak2.....
